Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to mobilize savings, investments, and onboard new customers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies is an added advantage.
- HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Market the institution’s financial products and services.
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
- Mobilize deposits, investments, and savings accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Prepare periodic marketing and sales reports.
